Great Service! Work is done fast for a fair price. Most importantly they're honest and stand by their work.
Terrible customer service. They quoted me 45-1hour for my service and 5.5 hours later I had to inquire about my vehicle. The gentleman at the desk gave me attitude when I asked him how long it would be, then again on the phone he mumbled something under his breath. I will NEVER visit this Pep Boys again. Very disappointed ��
Terrible customer service. Drove 25 minutes out of my way to get paint that no one else carries in stock. I waited at the checkout counter for 10 minutes while several employees just walked past and looked at me. No one said anything. So I left... I'll just order online and I'll NEVER step foot in there again. It's situations like this that make me laugh when minimum wage workers want $15/hr..
The worst. I made an appointment for 5 pm to have only tires changed. Got here at 445 pm and here I am sitting in there freezing cold waiting room over 2 hours later and noone has ever come out to update me. Rediculous, will never come to this place again nor would I recommend Pep Boys to anyone. Pissed off
The worst customer service ever possible! Price overcharged plus mechanic put a fault in my car that cost me extra $$$ on top of everything. Staff has lack of knowledge, no communication skills, bad customer service, rude attitude, bad mechanics, push product & services and you name it. I usually don't write reviews but try to save your time & money and go somewhere else!
