Poor service. I went to have my tire pressure check. I waited for an our to find out that no one had even checked my car. This is around 6:45pm and they will close at 8pm. Unacceptable!!! Terrible service.
Took them almost an 8 hr day to put on 4 tires, I had to walk in 5 min before closing because they didn’t call and I needed my work van. 2 months later and about 1k miles on them there’s a bubble on the sidewall of a tire. Pep boys Service rep on the phone and the cashier at the store claim it’s from impact without even inspecting the tire. took my Ram 1500 for new tires. on the first attempt they messed up the alignment. 4 hours later the second attempt was OK. Then they messed up the balance. shaking on the highway. now I'm waiting on the third attempt for 2 hours. seriously, this is supposed to be a full service tire shop now. 6 HOURS FOR NEW TIRES? Never again. total incompetence....
RecommendedAccommodating staff. Fixed my tire fast. Best waiting area, Keurig coffeemaker, clean bathroom.
Needed two tires because of my bad driving and they had what I needed and got it done in 90 mins😁
Called 3 days in advance made an appt to have 4 tires put on. Got here 10 minutes before appt. Waites 4 hours for it to be done. Ok I should edit this. Yes it took 4 hrs wait to get my tires done, and a call to corporate customer service. But they did make up for it.
Went here to pick up 2 tires that they claimed to have 10 of in stock...spent over an hour while they ran around looking for the tires.than the guy says they don't have them and wouldn't even give me a deal on 2 others...service is terrible bunch of under educated people with no clue about cars and damn sure shouldn't be in customer service
Been bringing my cars to Pep Boys Dedham for years. Lately, there technicians have just straight not been coming to work. No one comes in to work on cars. Customers are being asked to call 30 minutes after their appointment time, BEFORE showing up, to insure there is some in to work on your car! And even if someone comes...it could just be one guy to work on all the cars! Really?
