I was a long time customer of Pep Boys in Everett for years. They used to be a reliable place to get car repairs at a reasonable price. Not anymore. I called them a couple of times to get a price quote for some repairs needed and was quoted different prices each time. One quote I was given for struts was $700 to $900, and was quoted $1,300 for the same thing 3 months later! Seriously? I had the same repair made to my car for $600 at one of their competitors. I have had work done here several times. They just don't get it. From customer service to workmanship. The service techs assume you know nothing about cars so they talk to you like your stupid and just BS you to make it sound like they know what there doing. This company spent a ton of money to remodel there stores to make them look hip. Well that money should have been spent to train your management team how to run there work force.
