What a scam !!! Salem mass pep boys should be ashamed of themselves !!! They clearly told us they were a half hour into checking our car and they were going into the second half hour which was an additional $49. Little did they know I was in the restaurant across the street and my car didn’t move. Liars !! Call corporate when I get home. A few hours later I get a call from the same counter girl telling the same bull shit story like I’m stupid !!!
Shout out to pep boys in Everette for their lack of community spirit! HUGE empty parking lot with one guy standing their telling people who would like to attend the drum corps show across the street that they can't park there! The city sponsored a free show and had a wonderful parade to celebrate the cities 125 th birthday! Way to go pep boys!

called in to get 4 new tires replaced on my car, called on a weekend and they were busy, understandable. so i made an appointment for the tire change for the following weekend. got a call the day about 2 hours before my appointment (which was at 11 am) telling me that they were to busy and wouldnt be able to get to my car when i scheduled my appointment, and i could leave the ar there and pick it up at night around 7 p.m. since i need my car i re-scheduled it for the following day at 3 p.m. what is the point of making an app... read more
The worst service I have ever received in my life. Had my car repaired in July, never got the call for the diagnosis and cost, just a call saying my car was ready. I specifically asked them to tell me what was wrong before ANY work was done. I was assured there was a 90 day warranty on the service performed which is why it was more expensive than competitors. 2 months later, the service that was done, is not working, have been calling for over a week to get my car fixed and I have received no call from a manager at any level... read more
