I love taking my truck to pep boys. They reasonable with some things and very expensive for other repairs. But their coupons you can't beat them for saving money.
Wow despite the negative reviews, I had a great experience. I had ordered tires online and scheduled my appointment. When I arrived the technician told me my appointment was the next day, but the tires were already delivered and they were able to do the install anyway. I was in and out in about an hour.
Why would u just throw my spare into the back of my SUV??? Horrible!!!
Do you just hire any Joe Schmoe off the street? Get my tires rotated and balanced, just to hear funny noises coming from the front right. The mechanic pulled my lug nuts off with NO TOOLS! Then an oil change and you don't put any oil back in the car?!?! Are these guys even mechanics?!? Totally disappointed!!!
