The service technicians at this Pep Boys do not consider other possibilities other than what they've predetermined before looking at the car, they do not ask pertinent questions relating to your cars diagnostics, and they do not have good customer service skills. They are also two for two on not locking my car when I went to pick it up.

worst experience ever. went today for an oil change, they charged way more than my Bob Bell service charges, and then went to take my service sticker off and SCRATCHED MY TINT!! I was completely let down by their service department. it was a let down that whoever serviced my truck, was not upfront about what they did. Totally dissapointed.

by far the worst experience I have ever had! I brought my car in to get a blinker light fixed and they gave me back my car in worse condition! They returned my car to me with two broken turn signal lights and no working hazards. They claimed that it was a wiring issue or something that I was unaware of prior to bringing my car in. I brought my car to the original dealership (which I should have done in the first place) and they informed me that the services provided by pep boys were faulty! Made an appointment for 1 for an oil change. At 2 I looked out the window and my car was still in the parking lot an hour later. Will never go to Pep Boys Bel Air again!
What initially was a horrible experience trying to purchase tires at Merchant Tires in Bel Air turned out to be a wonderful one thanks to Jon at Pep Boys right next door. He was so kind and helpful and found tires to fit my moms budget. In and out in 30 minutes. Totally professional and more than friendly. It's customer service you just can't find these days. Thank you for going above and beyond .
