The service part of Pep Boys was quick and easy. The cashier on the store part was very nice. I didn't get his name, but I came in on 2-21-17 around 5 or 6 p.m. Very nice guy. Thanks
I will never understand why they give people such a hard time !! Sent my mother to pep boys on 1960 and they gave her a hard time .. so that's it never again ..
I had the same experience as the last time I was there. Had an appointment at 5p oil change tire rotation waited over an hour and a half. Went to my car but what they didn't know I marked my tire to see if they rotated it and sure enough!!! No rotation do they think I am a fool? Then I was told before that they only rotate the back tires! Goodness for real?? Like huh? Needless to say I had to wait another 30mins for all my tires to be rotated. How can someone sign on my paper they rotated it in the first place. Smh ... I loo... read more
Fixed my tire and fixed it fast!! They texted and called when it was done as I'd walked over to Whataburger for breakfast. And signed me up for their rewards card and discounted the work.
Tried to fix my car window in the morning and they make me come back and when I got there no body asked me anything until I told them. They got my information and make me wait 30 minutes to tell me that they won't do it bc it's to late. I was there in the morning and they told me to come back. I lost all my fucking day and my window still not fix
