I've been here for over 2 hrs..waiting and waiting to have 4 tires to be put on my car and balanced. Really?..I do NOT recommend you come here
Do not ever go to pep boys. ... I stopped to replace my A/C belt and found out my tensioner bearings hade gone bad. Belt is off truck up in the air and they want to charge me an extra $100.00 dollars to take a impact and remove two very accessible bolts which will take about 2 minutes to replace. I spoke to MOD and she said it is what it is. I explained the process and she said she was sorry to lose my business but that was it. I will never, ever spend another penny at any pep boys ever...
