I came to get a oil change, paid for the managers special at that. My oil wasn't changed. I came back and they tell me it might be leak. So when I told them I had it checked and there was no leak, they wanted to charge me. I'm not paying anything and never coming back, nor will I recommend anybody to use them.
I would give this location a negative star if it was possible. The 2 times I went to this location I had issues both time. Each time it took me a month to resolve. Within a week of each visitation I had an issue with my service. When I sent it out to the claim department, I was told to take it to a dealership to have diagnostics ran. They made a decision that my claim would not be honored without consulting with the dealership. Now I am stuck with a towing and diagnostic bill for no reason.
