Well probably would have gave them two stars but I took my car there for oil change and alignment and my car is still going to the right and shaking called the switch borderline jest keeps sending me to people picking up saying please hold I jest wish I had went somewhere else I waited about 30 min in line and it took them about 3in half hours to so call fix the problem but I still have the problem
3 hour wait just for an oil change. It was 10 mins before any employee acknowledged me waiting in line. May employees were present but work production was slow. After finally receiving car, I notice my glove compartment was messed up with papers thrown out of it!! Smh!! I returned my vehicle for them to repair it. I will NEVER go to this Pepboy again!!!!!!
The customer service was good. I went in about 10 minutes before closing, the manager still had someone to check & installed a new battery. However, it was to expensive. If I ever need another battery I will not purchase it from Pep Boys.

Its been a complete nightmare!! My car was in there for week and the issue i brought in in for was not fixed so i had to bring it back. Since getting my car back i have other issues happening that i didnt have before so now i have to kick out more money to a different mechanic. I would never advise anyone to take there car there ever!!! I am really considering looking into a attorney because i believe they just took advantage......
My experience was good.....the service rep...Sophia...did all she could to get me in and out quickly...the mechanic, Marcus, knows what he's doing....excellent service. Covington Hwy Pep Boys....the best.
if I could give them a negative rating I speak for myself and many others I would give them a negative 5 stars
