People & service were great Efficient. The manager and technicians were great
Two times in the past week my husband has ordered parts to pick up and they never came in either time! The people in the store are nice and apologetic, but what gives! He only has so many days off!
Went in at 8am for oil change and state inspection about 1.5-2hours later my car failed inspection the 1st time due to the factory installed tints...this is unacceptable
I had an issue with pep boys over 2 months ago i've been trying to have resolved. I had tires mounted and balanced on my car. They gave me the car back with 3 lug nuts on 3 of the rims and 4 on the 4th. They blamed my jeep and told me its so common of a problem they were out of them. They also said i need brakes all around which i did. Well when i go to get the lug nuts off the wouldn't budge.I called them and brought my car in waited 3 hours for them to tell me to take the car somewhere else and they will pay the bill. Already been there 2X.....Friday they screwed me, lazy state inspector called in sick left my car for 8 hours, picked it up just before closing and still inspection isn't done.....so much for customer service
This place doesn't even deserve a star! The workers are disorganized, inform you with lies and false information. They are uneducated and have no communication skills. Poor management! I advise people to save their time, don't even bother going to this Pepboys location. You will just end up broke with a headache and more damage done to your car.
Very great shop, very reliable always there when you need them and always willing to help, they will try their best to assist you and their customer service is excellent, i highly recommend them for any types of work on vehicle, one of the manenger amar is very helpful and very knowledgeable , he goes above and beyond.
