Myself and my son have been there and quite a few different occasions the staff is NEVER friendly they behave as if they’re doing us a favor by letting us come in and spend money there today was definitely our last visit rather spend my money elsewhere
Multiple times I am told they dont have the parts and or the wrong parts were shipped. My vehicle was promised today! It has been there since January 25, 2020. Release my vehicle so I can tow it somewhere else and get it fixed! This experience is one for the history books! I will never recommend Pep Boys! I want my car back now!

What a toilet. Simple job when a 75 year old man buys a battery from you guys. Tighten the f’n terminals. It’s not hard. Luckily his car stopped working somewhere he could wait inside so I could drive out to him and fix it myself. How this crap hole stays in business is amazing to me with the garbage quality work you do there. Avoid at all costs.
Had a 7 pm appt, got there 10 minutes early, was told it would take 45 minutes, after 50 minutes checked in status and car wasn’t even started. Left the store and will not go back!
Excellent customer service in the Tire Department...highly recommend them!
Great customer service and service all around! In and out, and back on the road! My favorite Pep Boys location!
