Pep Boys is the absolute worst. First person here this morning and had to wait over 90 before my car was even taken in. Another hour later and my car still isn’t done. Apparently it’s not their problem or fault and I should call corporate to voice my concern because they are inept at their job. The sheer laziness and amount of people just standing around is beyond absurd. I had a 10 am appointment for new tires. the tires were ordered yesterday from another pep boys and never came the kid told me he had to go get them I said okay call me and I'll come back he said no he needed me to leave my keys with them before he went an got the tires I asked how long he thought it would take he said hour and a half . it took 3 and a half hours . if you dont have the tires call me and I'll come later instead of having me sit there for 3 and a half. but they didnt care wasnt their problem. but the guy who a... read more
They installed a REBUILT brake caliper and overcharged me for a new one without ever asking me if I wanted a rebuilt one installed in my car! After MUCH arguing and trying to reason with them, they finally relented and lowered the price to accommodate the lesser quality caliper that they installed! After asking for a further discount on their final price, they gave me 10% off my entire bill.
If I had the option for negative stars I would!!!! Worst Service center Ever!!! Stay away!!!! These guys had my car since 8:30 am and still hasn't touched it. And the manager Ali, is trying to give me a BS story that they only have 1 Mechanic that works on BMWs. What a fuckin waste!!!!
