Do not ever go here. Sent my son there who was visiting from out of town to get a tire replaced. He "was next" for 2 hours. I called Firestone down the street and they took him right in. Do not use this location, they are incompetent and just don't care
Was told the issue with my Explorer was corrasion in the emergency break....the noise is that.... You are good to drive it the rest of the way home....11/2 hours.....waited 2 hours for an answer with family returning from Albany to Rhode Island.... Funny how the real issue was that not the emergency break but the fact that my tire was dangling off with my right rear ball joint (sorry for the wrong terminology) grinding metal on metal....
