I purchased 4 tires within 48 hours and paid 2 different prices, they couldn't explain to my why, then wanted me to do a front end alignment for extra $$,I know you need one but generally if you get 4 tires it comes with it, this is the first place ever that I have been to that didn't. Still very angry about paying different prices on the same tires
Very Slow and Mechanics left my Driver area with oil on the floor mats

Traveling back from our Florida vacation to Maine we had a problem with a wheel bearing. The manager DJ was awesome and stayed open late to finish the job so our family of 7 ages 7 to 74 could make it home ! Shout out to Danielle and Anthony and Yashira for staying late. We appreciate it more than you know!
RecommendedAwesome service from my phone call to payment. Juan and DJ went out of their way to ensure I left with the best tires and safety. Will be back to see the gentleman for my other car. Job well done Joyce Gondek
Went in This morning to get a flat checked out . Left with them saying there was nothing wrong with my tire after about 45 mins . One said they put it in water to check for bubbling but yet another said they only sprayed it. But found nothing wrong....Drove about a mile down the road and it was flat again. Come to find out I found it myself . Thanks pep boys for nothing !!!!
Nice people but two hours for an oil change is simply too long.
