I dropped off my car to get the air conditioning serviced at Edison's Pep Boys on Old Post Rd. Off of Rt 1 South because it was not cooling. This location had my car for one full week and was not able to figure out the root cause of the problem. Not only did they not know how to resolve the issue, I had to pull teeth to get them to call me with updates throughout the week. Every time I would have to call for an update, I would get told that the car would be looked at by the one and only expert/master mechanic in their group.... read more
Horrible customer service, lied about wait time (1 hr vs 4 hrs), multiple times I went to fix the same issue as I had a warranty. my issue is still unresolved in fact its worse.
Guy at counter nearly doubles my price for tires after he talks me into 4. Then manager insults me by saying “how does it fell to get your tires for nearly free “. Hey manager Ray 🖕is for you. pep boys—you need to train these clowns 🤡 about customer service. Bait and switch is not a good sales tactic.

I asked how long would it take for them to change 2 front bulbs. They told me at least an hour. WHAT A JOKE. 😂
They don’t know how to schedule appointments and satisfy customers. Waiting room was hot. Didn’t help me keep my cool. Never again!
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR SERVICE!!!! I cannot stress enough that this location will tell you everything and anything is wrong with your vehicle just to make $. Both my dad and I have had horrible experiences. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere unless you have $ to burn!
