Beware of alignment scam! On 6/8/2020 I went to the Pep Boys store #1570 to purchase four tires, mounted and balanced, and have a four wheel alignment performed. When I returned to pick up my car everything was fine until I asked for a copy of the printout showing how bad my alignment was. The counter guy went in the back for a moment and upon his return informed me that the tech had not printed a copy of the before or after diagram. Store manager was very professional and took care of my concerns, service was timely and I am a loyal customer for that!!!
So Thankful for the work they did on my car.. So nice to know they are there with smiling faces to help a bad day get better
Not willing to help, plus bad and misdiagnosis of Vehicle problems make this a terrible place. Avoid at all cost.
They were prompt, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I will definitely return.
