They were so helpful in fixing my flat tire! I nanny so I needed to have my car with four reliable tires in the early hours of the following morning. Zach was the mechanic who fixed the tire--after a long day of hard work when he was preparing to leave he graciously chose to stay and fix it! Maggie and Darren worked to give me a 50% discount too! I dropped my 2001 Ford Explorer off at this location on 5/26/16 for a tune-up. Before dropping it off, I spoke with an agent who assured me I would have my vehicle no later than 12noon the next day, 5/27/16. I stressed the importance of having my truck back by that time bc I was going to Charleston, SC for the holiday. I've been patient and understanding, but when I arrive for a 7:30 car appt. to find out the appt isn't in the system, then to be told about 2 hrs later that the tire that was supposed to be in stock isn't (it was confirmed yesterday afternoon when the appt was made), and now it's nearly another 2 hrs later and they are just picking the tire up from another store, other people came in after me and have gone, *and* all they're offering me right now is a 15% discount?! I've been here close to 4 hrs for a new tire, new headlight... read more
Waited for 2.5 hours on Sunday for them to tell me that they would not plug my tire because it didn't have enough tread on it. Nonsense! There was PLENTY of tread. They just tried to take advantage of me and make me buy a new tire. Went elsewhere and have a finely repaired tire now. NEVER going here ever again.
I received EXCELLENT service and advice. I felt very confident when I left with my new brake pads. The staff here is awesome and will be honest and up front with you.
