Oct 25, 2022 asked them to replace 2 rear tires with low noises rated tires on my convertible Mercedes. What I got were light truck/SUV tires. They might be quiet on a truck but not a convertible car. $770 wasted!
I believe that they will soon join Sears and other large chains that did not last thru the Biden administration.
The manager Earl denied selling me the parts I needed over my religious objection to wearing a mask. I will never shop at Pep Boys again, and encourage others to protest fascism and discrimination by boycotting them as well.
