Terrible I had an appointment for 2:00 for an oil change, air filter and windshield wipers replacements and I didn't get out of there until after 6:00, the manager did nothing to rectify the situation and he had the audacity to have an attitude with me as if I had him waiting since 2:00 and waisted his time, there was a lady who didn't have an appointment and was getting a similar service done to her car and left two hours before I did and I had an appointment, so I definitely felt discriminated against... Had my front struts changed. One is now leaking but covered under warranty. Great! Except the labor is not which will cost another $250 to replace the broken part they installed in the first place! Update: Paid for the labor but they took care of the alignment. Appreciated that they tried to work with me.
