There have always been issues between this branch and myself. I have a Pep Boys maintenance plan that I bought with the car. 1)Every time I brought it in, they tell me that they cannot give me a receipt. However, they last time, they emailed me one with no problem. 2) Even though the plan comes with multiple items (tire rotation, air filter change, multi-point inspection, and more) all they do is change the oil. I got there after 9 pm, their closing time but I lucked out! they were still waiting on 2 people before me so I was able to get my car! 😀⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Put a better system in place for assisting customers in the tire service department. This is the 2nd time that I have had appointments and had to wait in line for over an 45 minutes to be assisted dropping my car off while walk-ins are helped first, even coming in after people who'd been waiting in the appointment line. The process makes no sense when you have the tire desk answering calls, checking people in and out, running back and forth to people's cars, stock checking or whatever - literally everything while cashiers ar... read more
The service was great & the mechanics are honest. I can honestly say that they do need to work on their communication skills when talking to customers, because there were some unhappy customers due to miscommunications. Overall, everyone on the staff works hard & tries their best to get customers in & out.
