Short story. My pops goes there with his 2006 300 with way under 12k miles on it. He goes in for a wheel alignment. Gets charged 150 for work that wasn't done. Another mech had to put them on blast!!!! Don't ever just that place for service!!!!!
Spend over $750 to replace 4 tires, took all day, more than 6 hours, call and tell me 2 of the stuns( screws for the tire nut) broke, cost another $100, BTW my car only 2 years old, then my hand brake not working, have to go back next day, I will not go there again. NOT SATISFIED AT All this location is Veterans Road staten island
Went to get a wheel alignment and told me could not do it unless, I spent $2000 on struts and sway bars that did not even need to be replaced........Thank god I went to a real mechanic and said "I TOLD YOU NOT TO GO TO THE BIGGEST RIPOFF ARTISTS OUT THERE. Bunch of Thieves
Waited over two hours for a simple oil change even with making an appointment.
DON'T Bring your car here for an inspection. I waited almost 2 hours for a vehicle inspection and when they were done, they recorded my car as having LESS mileage then when I purchased it from dealer. That would've been a major red flag with NYS DMV and carfax, as potential mileage tampering. Now, I'm waiting 30 minutes for a re-inspection after he told me 10 minutes to fix the problem. FINAL UPDATE: 50 minutes later they finished and after all that, they made me pay the $10 fee.
