Recommendedunfortunately today, after i made an appointment a couple of days ago, i was advised they are not taking appointments because of the shutdown. needless to say i am upset. they cannot guarantee i will get my car back today. however, they are trying. despite this, their work is excellent and i frequent them often.

Here for 3 hrs for a tire issue
I was there this morning and I don’t know the young mans name who helped at your service desk but he was incredible. I had a flat tire and I waited along side a busy waiting area. They were a little short staffed. He was nothing but polite and friendly. The service was so good I almost cried on my way out. If more places were this attentive to their customers they would be beyond successful. Thank you for this morning. It was a stressful experience made pleasant. Happy holidays to you and your staff! You really made my week!

Great service only waited one hour To replace a battery
Fair place, my son bought 4 tires Cooper Brand, Got a good price deal, fourth tire is free plus mail in rebate, A rating temp, and B in another, 600 tread wear with a nice tread design, Alignment was done but the only do toe in and out no Camber or Caster, their tire machine is old not like Costco;s. machine was struggling to get tires on rims. Bridgestone was going to coast him about 900.00 at Costco all included except alignment, Pep Boys charges for all separately Plus road hAZ. Price came close to Costco after all charge... read more
Went there for mobile one oil change for 59.99 as the website advertised. They finished gave me the bill to pay, looked at the bill it was a little over 100 dollars. When back to the guy and he said they don’t charge that price anymore I showed him the website price I got my price. This is the second time this place tried to do this. The forest ave in Staten Island one. I’ll try a different one maybe it’s just this place trying to bait and switch.
