I'm furious. Aside from my transmission, nobody has ever worked on this vehicle aside from myself. Needed a battery.wife needed the car. I figured she could stop at pep boys, we had a coupon for $25 off over $100, which wasn't accepted btw. It's a battery, five minutes, 2 1/2" bolts, take out put in tighten two bolts and away you go. Poor timing and customer service. Im still sitting.here after 3 hours just to have two tires changed. This is horrible. Outragous. Why even make an appointment?
