Made an appt to have new tires put on. Waited two hours and then asked how much longer the wait would be. My car wasn’t even taken back to be worked on after waiting two hours past my appt time. I wasn’t even informed of the wait time until I asked. Poor communication and poor customer service.
Pep Boys Service Promise Express Services "When we say fast, we mean it! We perform Express Services for batteries, tire repairs and installation, oil changes, tune-ups and more." I didn't experience any of that promise. Set up my appointment 5 days in advance for the installation of 2 tires. I arrived at 7:45am they opened the doors at 8:03am. Made an appointment for 2 pm they forgot about my car until I came back at 345. Then they said just 15 more minutes...30 minutes after that car was still sitting there not looked at. never coming here again.
Brought my car in to have a sound checked out. They said its the axle and a hub they need to be replaced. Got them replaced, left with still the same problem. Alignment was screwed up, and some warning lights were on my dashboard. Had to keep running down there and eventually they said we dont know, take it to the dealership.
