I was on the road and had car problems. My phone sent me to the nearest Pep Boys in Ocala. I thought my day was a disaster as I still had a 6 hour drive home ahead of me. These guys were the nicest people when I pulled in for help. Don't know if the rushed me through or not since they knew I was on the road but I had an alternator problem and was in and out of the shop in less than two hours. Thanks to them for getting me back on the road so quickly. Always use PepBoys at home but this one has mine beat.
I went in because i had a nail in my tire. I didnt know if it was bad or not. I was given a price for a new tire which wasnt bad. As the service was being done, The tech came and got me and told me that he can fix this and that i don't need new Tire. He could have lied but he was honest and its honesty like that, that make Pep Boys #1 in my book. Thank you Buddy the tech who did the service and Rusty who made sure all was well.
The worst customer service I've been forced to experience in a long time. Wasted two days here; employees act like you are bothering them, they're incompetent and lazy. Never called me when my tires came in and when I finally called to check, they told me to come at a specific time and I waited an additional 2+ hrs. I had given Pep Boys a second chance after an initial horrible experience and that was a mistake. Will never return nor recommend this location to anyone.
I made an appointment and it's almost been 2hrs. I just needed an oil change.
I've never had a better experience.. The guys here are **AMAZING** they stayed late and kept my kids happie the whole time. They made sure we had a safe drive back to NY..
2nd time we walked out without getting service. Called to get a price, checked to be sure it was "out the door", went to the shop on 200 in Ocala. The price at the store was NOT the price given over the phone. The manager couldn't have cared less about losing a customer. It worked out well though, Tires Plus had a much better deal anyway.
How long does it take to get 4 tires installed. Dropped it off at 12pm, 8:30 rolls along I get a call saying they're not going to get to my car. Seriously Pep Boys!!!! Seriously. #pepboyscollegesquare
I hated to even give them a star...do not I repeat do not give these ppl money!! Lesson learned fat manager will steal your money!!
