The employee's were nice and went out of their way to accommodate us and price was excellent, however it did take over 3 hours to change 4 tires even with an appointment. They did have to replace a stripped mounting stud. All being said I would still return but I would drop the car off and go to a movie lol
I have never had a problem with them working on my car, service has always been good.
Making pregnant women wait three hours for tire change an alignment!!!! Booyah
Everyone we worked with was very helpful!!! They did an awesome job on my tires which were not easy to mount. Highly recommend this store!!!! Bill was awesome!!!
The people were really friendly the only thing I didn't really like was that I needed a new alternator and they wanted to charge me $669.56 just to put a new alternator in. They charge too much in my opinion. I have someone putting one in my car right now for $120 way better then 669.56$. If they would change the prices I would be back. May only buy stuff for my car from the inside but new parts for a car I won't be back for that.
I received excellent customer service this evening from Rusty in the tire department. Unfortunately they didn't have the odd size tire we needed in stock. Rusty made several phone calls trying to locate a tire. When he couldn't find it locally he put a rush on getting it ordered for it. Thank you Rusty!
