I placed an order online. Waited over a week to call if the order was ready.The total came up to $34+ when I went to pick up they told me it was $70+. The guy who helped me didnt know how to do the online order. Asked his I think manager(she never has a name tag and was just wearing blue nike shirt). She looked at me, saw that it was me. We took our car in for new tires. They said it’d only take a few hours when we dropped it off in the morning but when we called two hours before closing they had only changed the tires and wouldn’t be able to do the alignment because the specialist had left. Please don’t tell someone it’s going to be a couple hours if you can’t do it in a couple hours. We decided to take our car home and get the alignment done another day since we need our car tomorrow. Stopped by today for windshield wipers for my car. The 2 employees dedicated their time to checking, double checking, measuring and installing all 3 wipers on my car. I spent $56.60 and felt like a million bucks when I left.
I've been very disappointed with the service at Pep Boys. They had to order in a part to fix our car and we've been calling all week to find out if it had come in yet, and kept being told they would call us back. Today when we called, we found out that they do have the part in stock now, but they never called us. Worst service I've ever seen from a mechanic. I'm beginning to wonder if they sabotaged our radiator hoses so that we had to pay them to fix them too.
