Secret charges and extra fees they won't tell you about. They tried charging me for a tow truck that was already paid for through my insurance and then tried to hold my car basically for hostage. In the entire process of trying to get this figured out customer service was terrible.

will never by tires from pep boys again never again the road hazard warnity means nothing had a tire that's all most like new a nail was in the tire they charge me 90 dollars for a new tire a road hazard there suppose to give give you a new tire i called other tire places they give u a new tire if have the road hazard i now need two new front tires so now i will be going some were else that gave me a real good deal on two tires almost the price that i just paid for one done with pep boys do not by tires from them
Horrible service. I got an oil change and the next morning my driveway was covered in oil. You had one job...and you failed miserably.
Misty is the best Service manager I have ever come across in a pep boys. She is very helpful knowledgeable and is just excellent to deal with when I go there for my vehicles .
Service was great and misty was very helpful. And good and reliable prices.
