Never again I made a appt. 10a.m . Yesterday, didn't leave until 2. W/o my car. For them to call me @5. To tell me the breaks are not in stock. They suck.m
Paid $110 dollar 💵 fee to verify repair THEY made earlier was BAD , and needed replaced. Made appointment for brake job on 2002 Buick,8:00am, put in garage at 9:15am, about 10am inform didn't have parts in systems, ordered brake pads from ADVANCE AUTO PARTS and had delivered !!!! Brake Job and Oil change 8:00am -3:15 pm with 8:am appointment?????
Continually disappointing service. Over charging, unable to explain charges, and use scare tactics to get you to agree to more work. This was my third frustrating, EXPENSIVE, bad experience with this location. Shame on me. Save your selves time and money - go anywhere else. *oh. Also in December they failed my little mom car on window tint. Factory. Window. Tint.*
Worst service ever!!! They had told me my car would be done in 1.5 hours almost 5 hours later it was done!! Didn't even bother to keep me updated on my car(I was waiting there for it) I continuously had to ask them when it would be done and what was going on. Never once did they come to me to kept me updated!!! They acted like because I was female that I knew nothing in the mechanical field!! I did grow up with a mechanic as a father. Worst experience ever and I will never go back!
A friendly welcome and immediate attention. Thought I had a nail in my drivers side back wheel. No nail located but extra attention discovered the problem and repair made. My rewards card gave a great discount on the service. Total time invested was less than 30 mins.
In and out in about 40 minutes for my NC inspection. Friendly staff. All good!
Got there at 8 and didn't leave til right at 12 and that was only because I finally told them I had to go. Went in for an oil change. Tech said I needed two front tires and alignment also so I agreed to have it done as well. When I finally get ready to check out he says he will have to take the alignment off my bill because they didn't get to it. Everytime I looked through the window the tech was eating or on the phone. Wth did you do for four hours?
I stood at the parts counter for 15 mins. Nobody came to see what I needed a call came over the intercom saying commercial account. Then a employee come running to get the phone and left me standing there. Today I went in to get some fiberglass cloth the employee was on the phone what seem like a personal phone call and she had her arm in a cast but 2 other employees where behind the counter with her and they wouldn't even offer to check me out. What a piece of shit place
The current service manager has messed with the wrong person. Defective tries and won't own up to it! Jerked MY paperwork out of my hand and won't give it back...... If your thinking of buying tries better avoid this place!!!!!! Corporate called. News channels are next!! Facebook page to follow for everyone else to voice their issues because I'm sure I'm not the only one.... TRUTH WILL COME OUT!!!!
