Great service and staff is very professional and polite. I've been going to pepboys Metairie store for the pass 9 years.
I went to pep boys because of lost my brakes caliper bolt. When I went to change my lug nuts, they had crossed thread 4 out of 5 lug nuts on my rear wheel. Had to replace 4 lug studs due to their lack of care.
Clutch is done, at a fair price.
