The wait time lasted until I was put down in my final resting spot. Literally over 3 hours of overall wait time.
Went today 5:10 to get a battery for my fathers car. The lady said they can’t install today have to come back tomorrow. They close at 6:00. Horrible customer service bad attitude, they just wanted to leave . They let a 76 year old man leave with bad battery.
They provide misleading information! I called about making an appointment to replace a headlight and was told to just come in that an appointment wasn’t needed and there’d be no wait. I drive all the way across town to find I’d have to 45 mins before they could get to my car. Very frustrating!
Four new tires mounted and balanced in a reasonable time frame, #WhiteWalls cleaned up, no dirt/grease on the car's seats, door panel or floor mats. A polite, well spoken, knowledgeable service advisor (Bryan) was a huge help with the purchase. Quite the pleasant change from the location of Carrollton in New Orleans!
I have called 8 times to get my alinement done on my car to the store in Gretna la and have been told every time there is no mechanic on.. well if you have no mechanic how the hell are you fixing cars
Will not return. Horrible customer service. Avoid at all costs!
It's where i ALWAYS bring my car 4 oil changes + tired. Plus, I'm usually out in less than 1.5 hrs. They stand behind their work! Thanks yall.
