there's a manager there for the service department with his mask under his mouth and coughing and not covering his mouth with everything going on this shouldn't be! please correct their safety precautions in this day and time!
RecommendedOn 11/15/2019 I visited this Pep Boys for the first time to replace my tires, the person who attended me is called Ramon, excellent customer service, and very respectful. My car came out with new tires, wipers, oil change and filter plus the air filter and I was very satisfied with the service and prices. At all times the employee helped me looking for the best price and in what I expected he offered me coffee, 100% recommended thank you very much.

Pep Boys wanted $1300 for a brake caliper/rotor replacement. When I took the car to 3 other mechanics including the dealership, they were all under $400 for the EXACT same job.. Never again
It’s was 6:00 pm there was a few cars ahead of us they said they couldn’t do it then told them we could not drive back to Okeechobee with a baby on a donut tire the service man said no you can’t if you don’t mind waiting we will do it then told me not trying to sell more to you but showed me the other tires were showing the wire through it got me a good deal where buy three get one free this store went beyond to make sure we were safe going home I recommend this store highly thank you Laurie Snow
Just left the store and over $100 in products at the checkout counter since no one is there manning it and none of the employees meandering around even bothered to ask me for assistance. After standing there and seeing nobody interested in ringing me up I left. Definitely not going to give you my business and you can restock the items I left on your vacant counter.
every time I come to this location I regret, it staff is rude sarcastic I rather go to the dealer which a hour away.
Cashiers have horrible customer service skills. I took my car in yesterday for a scheduled oil change. I ended up waiting for 4 hours, just to find out my car had been ready for a while but the cashiers failed to notify me. I let them know I would be in the waiting room, they saw me waiting but for some reason refused to let me know. It wasn’t until I decided I had waited long enough, tracked one down and they nonchalantly told me my car had been ready for sometime.
