I took my car there multiple times and they couldn't fix the problem. Due to the company's 60 day policy I took it back to another Pep Boys location who again couldn't fix the problem. Gabriel Ruiz is a thief he is threatening lies , tried his best to be violent with me said he was going to get a gun and shoot me ran his truck into me and ran away when he got caught trying to rip me off , called the police locked my truck in the shop pulled down the door and look it , stole the my keys wouldn’t return them. there is no point making an appointment. I waited for all most 3 hours after my appointment time. they dont care about there customers time. then was told by the young man working there "have a nice day " guess they dont need my money

Been there only three or four times and the service has always been good and faster than the time given. With regard the bad reviews I've been reading, I don't think customer service is the problem, but a customer attitude problem. People need to chill out and put themselves behind the counter or under the hood.
Worse place the get your car service. Less than three weeks I took my car for my brakes, they screw ended up screwing something in my car. When I turn, fluid is leaking on my foot. I took it back and that William is so rude, no customer service at all. They claim they didn't do anything wrong.
Worse customer service I have ever had. Phone is never answered! Then when they finally pick up the phone they leave you on hold for 10 minutes! Dropped of my car this morning at 9am and they services onthwr cars instead of my car that was there first. The staff is horrendous!!! The manger looks did not know why my car was not serviced I'm for sure sending an email to their corporate office. The store should be closed staff horrible. Not staffed properly.
The worst customer service, and always understaffed. When you have an out of store special order they say they will call but don't.THANKS PEPBOYS!
