The service people were nice and knowledgable. I believe they could do a better job when estimating service time. I had to wait about an hour longer than the original time estimate given. Despite the extra wait, I will likely return because their prices are reasonable and it's convenient for me.
Slow unreliable. Took 2 hours to change my oil. I had an early appointment and they only had one other car in front of me. Employees could not have cared any less about anything
