Lack of customer service. If I wanted to figure it all out myself I would just order from Amazon. Fail.
Had to have my van towed in for a flat tire. (Didn't know where the spare was located in the van. I now know it's behind the front seat.). Told me it would be a long wait. It wasn't. Will definitely go there for my other auto needs.
I had a 'fixaflat' thingy I wanted to replace so I brought it in. Two of the three employees had no idea what it was, and in the end didn't carry it. WTH?! Your an auto parts store how do you not know what it is and if you don't have the exact one maybe offer suggestions? Not too hard for this group.
Guess I will just start stealing stuff, seeing as how I've been waiting at The Parts counter for 10 minutes with no one in sight. Then the guy finally shows up, he answers the phone instead, twice. As if I am invisible. Maybe I'll try Autozone next time, it's going to be hard to get me to ever come back.
Everyone is grumpy. The cashier woman and ESPECIALLY the mechanics. I'm avoiding this place like the plague!
