I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The service department is an utter joke. I had brought my car there...told I needed a new serpentine belt. My oldest daughter brought her car there...told she needed a new serpentine belt....my youngest daughter brought her car there...told she needed a new serpentine belt. We all did not have it fixed there, brought it to another mechanic...we all did not need a new serpentine belt. Place it a total ripoff.
Went here to get my tire repair needless to say they didn't do the job I payed them to do. Never coming here again
After getting to work I realized I had a flat tire with my other three already worn out. I got my car towed to them and the customer service was outstanding! They worked with me with options and explained everything to me honestly. They were patient to a T! I like the salem and Manchester locations very much. Thank you guys for today!
Stopped in today for a new headlight and Thomas not only helped me find the correct bulb for my car but also went outside in the dark snowy cold weather to change it out for me. Such a nice guy and went above and beyond to help me out! Thank you
