Too hard to get something simple like a tire repair done.
RecommendedTook my flat tire in to see if it could be fixed or if I’d have to purchase a new tire. Service was great - quick and easy. They repaired my tire and sent me on my way with such low cost I questioned it. Thankful for not having to pay a lot! Courteous service as it appears that they could use an additional person to check people in and out.

The guys here are genuine and nice. I have no issues with them and they don’t push me to buy products and understand that I like many people in the world don’t always have enough money on hand to replace something and they give me a multitude of options. They’re waiting room is also excellent.
I've been going to pepboys since it first opened gone thru good people and not so good people. But I have to say the staff that they have now is very good. The service mgr. Mike Holliday is the best he makes you feel comfortable knowing that your vehicle is going to be done right the first time. The mechanics are professional they diagnose the problem first then tell you what's wrong with your car and what the cost is. So then with an ok by you, your is fix and your on your way.
