Made an appointment for 3:30 Friday August 07,2020 parking lot was full. Went inside and after 10 minutes on line listening to other customers complaining about their service I stated that I had an appointment for 3:30 and the gentleman told me that I would have to wait because there were 5 other cars before me. I was a little disappointed but I was willing to wait. I made two appointments, 930am & 11am. I was late for the first and early for the second. I was told appts dont matter because they are always over lapped with other appt. I spent most my day there. Other than that I’ll have to go and wait for them to open to see if that will help. Got the work I needed done and am satisfied.
A grumpy face and attitude voiced clerk who works their lied 🤥 to me giving me a false time estimation of 1hr to 1hr and a half to check My brakes and rotors / and it Turned out to be a 7hr long wait and a bill of $3,593.37 . I promise i would never recommend this place to anyone and for sure they definitely lost me as a customer .

Is trustie, not expensive, have some special and coupons, but; service takes too long.
Scheduled an appointment, when I walked in I was told to wait a minute while the gentleman had a personal conversation then to be told that they don't do what I made the appointment for. After I was clear about the appointment. I spoke to the manager(Cleveland) who was too busy smirking at me with gum hanging out of his mouth, he told me "sorry we don't do that you must have mixed up your words."
