Refused to recycle used motor oil even though they are required to by NYS law. Dumb reason to lose a customer.

Was first to check in for rear brakes only. 3+ hours they are still not done. had a 9 am appointment first of the day and car wasn't looked at for over 2 hours. start my work then the works must have taken lunch as no work was being done. should have honored my appointment and given me some discount for taking walk ins ahead of me who had an appointment. it's been nearly 3 1/2 hours as of writing this with still no end in sight

Raj was extremely helpful on my visit. All I needed was an inspection, but I had to be somewhere later and was worried I wouldn't have the time. He said it was possible, and in much less time than I thought I was paid up and leaving. it's worth noting that my car is a little older and they didn't use that as an excuse to strong arm me for repairs during the inspection, so I left pleased.

Yes and no. I made an appointment for noon and they didn’t see my car till 125pm. Only to tell Me they couldn’t run the diagnostic on the car. So I left. Never had a problem there before. The staff was nice but I wish he was just a bit more knowledgeable on what they can and can’t do.
Zero stars if I could!! We've been trying to solve a problem that happened to our car. Not only did they avoid us for almost two weeks with no response or answers. They did nothing to help us. We bought a brand new starter for the car. Car "broke down" few days later. Took it back to pepboys and now the car is done no longer able to drive.
