If I could put zero stars I would. Pep Boys is probably one the worst place you could ever take your car to get fixed. They're super lazy with doing diagnostics and don't ever really do a good job. So If you want to end up with a even more broken car, feel free to take it here.
These clowns are criminals. I had my car towed there for a diagnostic and then they proceeded to do unauthorized work on my car, and then held my car hostage with an outrageous "balance due". After a heated confrontation, the service manager had the new parts removed and released my car. I can't help but wonder how many people they rip off pulling this crap. They'll NEVER see another one of my cars again and I'm taking on a mission to let EVERYONE know what a bunch of hacks these asshats are. Stay away from Pep Boys!!!!
