I had the worst experience here you could imagine. I had some wheels swapped on my vehicle and never said that the Lugnuts that I had were the wrong ones! and they put them on anyway! I got all done with them and it took about 4 hours for the "work" to be done. when I left, on a Sunday, I hadn't driven my vehicle again until that Tuesday I went on a grocery run to Costco and it was maybe a 5 mile trip to the store, I was going about 35 miles an hour when my driver side wheel popped off due to the lug nuts being the wrong sha... read more

The only reason they have 1.6 stars is because 1 is the lowest you can give. This place is a. Implement Rip off. They did a bait and switch, did unauthorized work, charged me more than double for parts than what's listed in their website, and finally tried to extort me by holding my car. The guys name is Alex, early 20's. Doesn't help to contact manager. He's in on it.
I bought 4 new tires. The waiting room was a little chilly, but the service was good.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO PEP BOYS EVER! PLEASE SHARE THIS !!!! ..We bought our daughter Brey a car for her 16th birthday and I took it to Pep Boys to get an oil change and they never put oil back in it and now her new car we just bought her has engine damage from no oil. When the oil light came on, on my way home from Pep Boys I stopped at a Lube Express and they said there was no oil in it and they had to add 5 quarts. I agree with the zero star rating!! These guys are criminals to say the least. When I pay for labor it is for work done to MY car. Not your tech walking and pacing the shop like an idiot. After two hours waiting I witnessed only 18min of them working on my car. Payed for two hours labor at $97 an hour for a belt replacement. This is theft and I will be vigorously seeking your upper management to replace the whole store personnel!! Sometimes you rip off the one person who can actually make this happen.
