I called Jordan Garrett the manager of the Newark DE store and explained to him that my wife was traveling from Delaware back to Florida and due to a blow out she needed 2 tires....He advised me he did not have what I needed he told me we were close to the pep boys on north dupont Pkwy and he will call them and hold the tires till my car was towed there with my wife....Not only was it hassle free the service manager at the shop had my wife out the door in 45minutes. ...Bringing ur car to the shop is usually a bad experience ... read more
