Very close to closing time I took my vehicle in due to a suspected slow tire leak. John said he would take me as last customer and made the tire repair quickly. Then he sent me on my way saying it was no charge. Amazing! I have always purchased my tires here and awesome customer support like this will keep me coming back! Huge thanks!
Terrible experience. Faulty tires and the mechanics repeatedly saying it was my fault over and over and arguing. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Very disrespectful.
Gentleman at service desk was rude, it took longer to work on my car then I was told and they didn’t even have the consideration to inform me. I will stick with the Pep Boys on Kirkwood Hwy for now on.
As a Company you can roll out all the app coupons, banners and print ads. If no one cares at Store level wasted media $$$$$$$$ store 0066 wasted my time
Every time I go to a Pep Boys I have a wonderful experience. Had to get my driver's side window back on track and they did that in about 45 minutes.
Drive up to Pep Boys on a spare donut with a bad tire to plug expecting and willing to pay for the repair. Employee plugs tire, removed spare, re-mounts tire, and put spare back in truck and says your good to go, no charge, enjoy your weekend! Solid customer service in the most unexpected place! Thanks Pep Boys!
On July 9, 2016, we went into the New Castle, DE Pep Boys and were assisted by Jimmy and Mitch. They were an excellent help in assisting us with our issues. They went above and beyond and should be commended for their excellent customer service.
