You guys just helped my daughter and her family continue their long trek to New Hampshire. Can't thank you enough for getting them back on the road to us.
It's a joke never will give them my business again I waited two hours for the them to change two loose tires are you kidding me that is crazy worst service ever received ever at a shop.
This place is a complete joke. Says it will take 2 hours to install tires and replace some studs! 5 hours later and im still in the waiting room.. Do not come here!
Took them Almost 2 hours (after the scheduled appointment) for an oil change and tire rotation. A couple months ago they overbooked the appointments and it was a 3 hour wait for the same thing! Never again. I'm going back to NTB, even if it's a longer drive. It's actually close to my job.
I'm soooo appalled with what happened in your new castle location. I asked to use the rest room and sliced my hand opened about half an inch long and deep on the door of bathroom stall and all the employes and manager laughed it off !!! I had blood dripping down my hand and it seemed like a hassle to the manager to even give me a band aid !! I will be speaking to a lawyer ! Unprofessional and rude !
