Woodbridge Sucksfront end alignment is a toe and gotruck was straight before alignment now turns hard right. Thanks to Fredericksburg for fixing this issue Woodbridge could not handle.

I have had to take my car in 3 times in the last month or so for different problems. Alston has been amazing!!! Today was no exception. He came out to the parking lot to help me even though it was very busy. He also had another associate, Kevin come help as well. These guys go above and beyond every time! Thanks guys!!
The main issue I have with them is they are typically way too busy. They need to hire 3 or 4 more mechanics. But other than that, the service is great. For example, for this visit I was getting an oil change and brake fluid flush on my 2006 BMW. It took 45 minutes fir the mechanic to start on my car, but once he started, it only took 35 minutes to take care of both jobs. I will definitely keep returning there for minor repair work, but I HIGHLY recommend making an appointment.
Service is horrible here. I bought new tires and wanted an alignment. They told me my car was ready and I could come pick it up. When I got there, they tell me the alignment machine is broken. They said they would call me as soon as it was fixed. Three weeks later, still no call. I showed up to the store asking why no one had called me about the alignment.
