Was very pleased. Arrived a little early, got me right in for my appt time and out in just over an hour; for inspection, oil change, reverse light bulb and blades! Swoosh....
Pep boys is a joke. I bought tires from them 2 years ago and they have premature wear and two of them are losing air like it's nothing. I've been there 3 times in the past month and they keep giving me excuses as to why this is happening. No it's the tires, which were over $400. Hate this place, save yourself the trouble of going here, even Walmart is better than pep boys.

My son went there because his battery cable was loose. They told him that it was as tight as they could make it and would have to charge him $100 for an evaluation. After the $100 evaluation they told him that it really was just the battery cable.
Bought a battery for wife's car last Friday. Told associate for what type of car and he brought me it. Tried putting it in Saturday and found out they gave me the wrong one. Physically to big. Drove an hour back to return. Weather and roads terrible. Finally got the right one. No apology no nothing. Drove another hour back. Battery works fine but service sucked.
Since last year in November I have had over $2000 dollars worth of work to my 94 Toyota Celica at Pep boys. I have to say you guys are the best. The guys there are very nice and they explain everything that it needed for my vehicle. I have read a lot of negative views on Pep boys, but I have to disagree with them. Next year I plan on buying rims as they have a great selection. Again, I would like to thank you for the great service you have given me and I look forward to doing more business later on.
