My husband booked an oil change/tire rotation. Twice now, they’ve “overbooked” and told us we could leave the car and it would be done in a few days. The best part was, we bought tires from them 13 months ago (4 Kumo’s brand new) and we’ve gotten a tire rotation through them 2x since instillation. Had my own guy for years and was in a situation where still living in Pennsylvania and needed tires. Went with a national chain and now living in New York. They are great and best thing is they are also open weekends, so highly recommend them.

I’ve been taking both my cars here for years. The other day was the first time I decided to go somewhere else. The water pump went on my car and it was something they replaced. After finding out they would replace the part for free, they told me it would cost around $500 for labor. Wtf? At the end of the day I had no choice but to get it done so I did.
