I Love Pep BOYS! I've had excellent service and luck with Pep Boys- No matter what city, state- Recently I was in MD and had a flat tire- The manager called someone back to work to fix my flat tire. I explained that I was from NY and on my way home. Talk about a classy place! The prices are excellent too. I now buy mostly all of my auto needs at Pep Boys! Pep Boys rocks on! Poor Service I was in the nighbourhood and took my car in to get my inspection done, told me i needed $250 worth of repairs before they would pass it for inspection! took it to two other repair shops and both told me no repairs were needed for the inspection! lousy service, wouldn't recommend!
service Pep boys didnt put the oil cap back , forgot to put the filter back on and messed up my truck, I bought new tires, got ripped off, they forgot to balance the tires.
Great deals on tires Pep Boys has great tire deals. They are usually cheaper than competitors and do a great job taking off old tires and installing new ones. If you're in a bind, go here.
My husband booked an oil change/tire rotation. Twice now, they’ve “overbooked” and told us we could leave the car and it would be done in a few days. The best part was, we bought tires from them 13 months ago (4 Kumo’s brand new) and we’ve gotten a tire rotation through them 2x since instillation. We failed inspection today because it turns out, they never rotated the tires, so the back tires are too worn and the fronts are like brand new still. WORST company I’ve ever dealt … See more

Had my own guy for years and was in a situation where still living in Pennsylvania and needed tires. Went with a national chain and now living in New York. They are great and best thing is they are also open weekends, so highly recommend them.
We called and they said.. come on down! Fast friendly service with a smile.
