Installed 4 brand new tires 2 months ago on my daughter's car.. She purchased their warranty cause it covered everything. Got a flat, tire is not reparable, came in and told me that the warranty is prorated.. They never told me that when I purchased the warranty. So ended up paying for another tire and installation. Pep Boys you suck... You have just lost a customer for life. Should have stick with Goodyear and their true warranty..!! SMH
