Use to love this repair shop but not anymore. They advised me to go to an electrical specialist. That costs 120 for diagnosis. It ended up being the same thing I thought Pep Boys had fixed in July. Hmmm they did a poor job and now I have paid a total of 190 for battery terminals and a lot of frustration over the past months. I am so disappointed that they did not even offer me a discount or an 19 oil change. Never GOING BACK RUDE RUDE RUDE man on the phone.
